Your tasks:
- On-site and/or phone-based customer support and technical consulting
- Performing service assignments, maintenance, and repairs at customer sites
- Commissioning of devices at the Ebersberg/Grafing site and on-site at customer locations
- Training customers in the use of our systems and products
- Documentation of completed work
- Support with technical inquiries and complaints
- Close collaboration with our development and sales departments
Your profile:
- Completed technical degree or equivalent training (e.g., as an engineer, technician, mechatronics technician, or electronics technician)
- Several years of professional experience in technical service or plant engineering is a plus
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Customer-focused and professional demeanor
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Class B driver’s license
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Good command of spoken and written German
- Good command of spoken and written English
