    You can be sure that your request will be processed within 24 hours via the HTI Support Portal.

  • Easy access to the HTI Support Portal:
    Access is gained by scanning a QR code on the device. This facilitates quick and uncomplicated access to the support portal.

  • No app or installation required:
    No separate app or installation is required to use the support portal, which increases user-friendliness.

  • Operating instructions and documents for download:
    All necessary documents, including operating instructions, are available for download on the portal.

  • Create a ticket:
    You can create a ticket to track your service request seamlessly.

  • Chat and video function:
    The portal offers an integrated chat and video function that enables faster analysis of your problems and supports more effective problem solving.

  • Ordering accessories and spare parts:
    You can conveniently order accessories and spare parts via the portal.

  • Inspection and maintenance in accordance with the service description:
    A thorough inspection and maintenance of the device in accordance with the specified services.

  • Validation of the basic functionalities:
